Designed by colonial architect John Verge, completed in 1835 and built for wool industry pioneers John and Elizabeth Macarthur, Camden Park is one of Australia's most important and intact Georgian houses. Immerse yourself in history while touring the heritage house and enjoy the beautiful colonial garden at its spring peak. Camden Park garden is one of Australia's most important gardens established in the 1820's. It still has many rare botanical species and is a garden not to be missed! Wander at leisure and picnic in the grounds enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
